  • When you make your maps how can you say that a tile is a collision tile?

  • Beginner: Hard-code the collision coordinates

    Intermediate: Have a global array of collision tiles

    Advanced: Store collision data as its own layer

  • Nice job man! I do some game programming in C++ using allegro. Us Devs gotta stick together because no one really knowws how hard writing a game is until they've done it. Once again Great Job!

  • Agreed. Developing a game is hard work, when you think of the speed and graphics. Ive been developing games for a while now, some MMO some not. Great job man!

  • Tip instead of sending key to 100000000000000000000000000000­0000000000000000 or w/e. just assign it to a null variable this saves memory
