Get well soon Pug. And Dave, Nevermind the Cows, It's always better to remove yourself from the scene. I would've done the same thing. A good friend, even if injured, should understand this. What if they tried to give you a breathalyzer on the spot. Or take your camera as evidence? If they interview you hours later at home, did you have the beers before or after said incident. Lets move forward and also remember that nobody's perfect, especially not those Cows, and we Can learn from mistakes.

Everybody has their own take on what happened to Pug, what was said concerning Dave, and why Dave went back to his building, instead of sticking around the accident site. Only those that were there can answer those questions. As for me, the only view i can offer is a neutral point of view. But i am amazed how quickly sides were taken, and the finger-pointing began. Who knows where the blame should go, but all the facts need to be taken into account before any person is judged, it's only fair.

i love how in the other videos people say how shitty dave is for going back to the building..well what were they "helping" out with? crowding around an injured man who could probably fucking care less what they had to say at the moment, if anything they got in the way of the medics trying to do their job...everyone always has to be a hero in situations like this and pretend like they did something helpful by standing around and getting in the way of people who actually know what their doing

if you watched daves video, he clearly states that he told pug to gut the bago before the jump, so did many other comments on other videos, pug didnt listen, so what happened, he ended up hitting his head hard enough on some cabinets to completely compress his spine, so this situation could have been avoided.
and dont take this a bad way, but all these big jumps, so close together, pug had it coming

I know what I would have done, head to the front gate to pervent the onslaught of geehawkers. It's Dave's property, and only Dave can keep the vultures away. First the police raid, then this...I'm sure the front gate was full of nosy self righteous busy bodies. Dave needs to scan these videos and refuse to allow the haters and blamers on his property. Pug wanted to do this, bragged about it, and I saw NO gun being held to his head. How can this possibly be dave's fault?

Dave was pushing the RV with the ford truck getting it going twice its speed, pug or rick told him to slow down and he ignored them, and to make it clear pug didnt have a choice but to jump it, the RV had NO BRAKES AND IF HE JUMPED OUT IT COULD HAVE SWIRVED AND KILLED THE STAND BYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allright. 1. Were you charged with said crimes ON your own private property? No you weren't (i hope!) because that is not the crime that took place. 2. After going to wish Pug well on the hospital vid and reading through comments, I see he said it was Dave in the Ranger behind the RV. Pretty sure that Pug did the jump at his own discretion on private property legally Dave is safe from prosecution. But if Dave claims his farm as a film set and a place to commercially make income some sort of law suit could occur because as a business Dave would have had to set up some sort of boundaries to the farm activities? wh is this video being posted when there was a request to take down the video shot by Mark Freeman documenting the crash. Mark is a an educated photo journalism trainee that has been taught too turn his camera ON when news is happening...not OFF. Truth be told..it is not about viewership or judgement..it is about capturing an event as it happens. When all is revealed in the coming days after this is thoroughly investigated..it will be Marks' video the police will turn to for evidence .
