  • id bend you over and make a creampie video. if you know what i mean

  • Try that form with 50kg and tell me how your back feels after.

  • roids

  • look if you are going to venture out of the kitchen at least do it right. that was like a horizontal upright row. you dont bring the bar to your tits on a bb row.

  • thats right aslong as that arse is bent over

  • Excellent form.

  • Nice to look at, but the worst god awful form I have ever seen. Explains her weak lat development

  • @radjari What exactly is wrong with her form? She's not doing a lat row, the elbows-out kind is to decrease lat involvement and hit the upper back harder instead.

  • I'd show her my barbell but trust me we wouldn't be at the gym.

  • their is to many girls out their who got more muscles then i do!! fuck time to hit the gym again!

  • what barbell?

  • nobody is looking at the excersise haha

  • mmmmmm... sorry m key was stuck

  • Aside from the desperate comments, her form might or might not be perfect, but its working for her. Shes in good shape.

  • after women try to explain some bodybuilding exercises, i really cant take them serious anymore.go and play volleyball.

  • DAMMMMMMMMMMMMM if i was at that gym at that time id straight up slip her 1 when she bends ;)

  • i would fuck you while you do these

  • i would

  • perfect form

  • This is bad form IF she is trying to work out her lats. In this video she is working out her shoulders. The bar is out way to far. U should be touching and sliding the bar over the legs/quads!

  • @jcrsix Working out the shoulders is fine, most people's rear delts are too small.

  • palms should be facing out

  • @TheeBRANDEN54 U can use inward or outward grip nOOb!

  • @TheeBRANDEN54 The palms can face a variety of directions. A prone/overhand/neutral grip is useful for wide grip rows to the chest to hit the upper back. The palms facing out/forward/supine type grip is done when rowing close to the body to hit the lats, which is clearly not her intention.

  • Why was the video so short!?

  • fuckin cute

  • FAKE!

  • wrong

  • damnt that ass

  • right in the ass!!

  • beautiful ass horrible form!! lol

  • @Crazyforlng2 why is it bad form?

  • love the ass

  • nice ass!!!

  • i can't see clearly, can you demonstrate it for me in person?

  • horrible form. she should be more upright and be pulling the BB towards her stomach, not her chest.

  • @zazenzach or she might actually want to pull it to the chest, just saying brah.

  • @zazenzach Why? That's only if you want to hit the lats. She may not want to.

  • nice ass

  • I am behind you @!

  • nice ass

  • That's not the right way! The barbell has to move up as closely as possible with the legs!

  • @MrKucchu Yup, that's totally right. This is typical gym mentality crap.

  • @MrKucchu i am not disagreeing with you, what you said is also correct form. But what she is doing, is ALSO correct form if you are targetting the more of the upper back/rhomboids. Her form is flawless.

  • @MrKucchu That's only one way to do it. If you let the bar come away from the legs, it is more difficult and challenging, so not as much weight is necessary since the lats aren't helping.

  • i had to watch this video at least 8 times to realize it was about bent over rows lol

  • is it?!?

  • Awesome video, great angle, but that is not a correct BB row. It is close though. If she had her back at a 45 rather than flat I think she would have done quite well.

  • Except with perfect form you will row considerably more weight when rowed from near your shins to your lower abs versus rowing from under your chest to roughly your xiphod process, due to your lats being able to properly come into play, as the exercise was designed to work.

  • @celconicuzn The exercise is not 'designed' a single way. Bent-over rows can be done with various grips and elbow paths to change which back muscles are working. Yes, you can use more weight with the elbows are in and you use your lats. That doesn't mean that's necessarily better though. If you don't want to hit lats and want to hit rear delts, scapular retractors, infraspinatus/teres minor, then using a lighter weight and rowing higher on the body can do this.

  • Wow!!!.. so that's how women condition their ass to give a man a good fuck??

  • Wow, a top notch comment douchebag.

  • Vatos75...probably your into that type of exercise so maybe I offended you. It's just a joke douchebag don't take it so serious..OMG!! hahaha

  • snake

  • WOW

  • Actually her form is pretty sound. Her body is in proper alignment and she has her back straight. Its when people round their back and try to lift too much when back injuries occur. Unfortunately I see this a lot at the gym. Leave the ego at home people! Less weight and good form will give you results! I promise!

  • Sorry chief but that's hardly a proper Row, She's mostly engaging her rear delts, the bar needs to stay near your shins and come to your lower abs for it to engage your back like the exercise is meant to.

  • @celconicuzn Have you ever heard of Rows to the chest?

  • @celconicuzn Ever heard of a 'rear delt row'? Maybe she WANTS to hit her rear delts? As far as 'engage the back', this may not engage the lats much, but the rear delts attach to the scapula so any weight you pull with them is going to require the traps/rhomboids to adduct the scapulae.

  • DAT ASS

  • The form is not perfect.

    I'd bang you btw.

  • @RiNSpy actually, besides the bum, my first thought was how great the form was. what's wrong with it?

  • @meds613

I'd say the fact that you were able to even consider what her form was like is pretty wrong!

  • so hot!!!

  • Thas the same way she bend over when she on my dick

  • Hot woman that could pick up a keg on the way to my place and even carry it in....talk about the perfect woman

  • bend over, baby!!!!!

  • what a nice ass!

  • damn right!

  • Awesome :D, perfect form.

You never accept a little more hip movement for higher weight?

  • it's not perfect from it's meant to go into your belly

  • It's meant to go wherever she feels for it (that sounds totally weird but I don't mean that as it sounds). I imagine you will use more lats if you pull it towards your stomach and more upper back when you pull to your chest. If the weight is heavy enough it will pull vertically on your arms, trying to tilt them backwards won't help much .. Sure for the morons pulling rows in an almost upright position working their hips vertical happens to hit your stomach, but for her it would be very awkward.

  • @glasgowmuso No, it isn't. SOME rows are meant to go into the belly, others are not. There are a variety of rows.

  • shes doing it wrong, pull up to the stomach not the chest, shes using all arms not back with that form..

  • I think she knows her training ... And most people do pull to the stomach but are more or less standing straight up and pulling the bar explosively and using their arms ...

The further you lean forward the harder it is to get it upwards the stomach, and your range of motion may not let you go all the way, and the path for the bar will get weird.

Also I guess that wide grip + towards chest may put more focus on the upper back and close grip + towards stomach more on lats.

  • @JohanKH I believe you are correct about that Johan.

  • @hyphy169 Hyph, you can pull to either place depending on your goals. Pulling lower is more lats, pulling higher is more upper back. You're also wrong, she is using her back, it's not 'all arms'.

  • id tap that

  • amen brotha!

  • me 2
