200$, worth every penny. I own one, and it will do any kind of delays. I use it mostly for long, high feedback delays for volume swells and for dotted eighth note delays a la The Edge. Awesome pedal.

Will it oscillate when you twist the knobs? That's the deal-breaker right there, I love to do that. :)

Yes, if by "oscillate" you mean repeat and generally bug out to infinity (like in the intro to "It's So Good"). This was a requirement of Joe's. The Time Machine can do a LOT of trippy effects if you play with the knobs in real time.

No. You'd have to get two of them or a Time Machine and a DD3 or DD2. Check out the voxamps site. All the info is there.
