  • hey can you tell me where ypu got ypur foot from ....i need to get some details regarding on this sop that i can help my brother in walking as perfectly as yours .............

  • @chitrarocksful did you find out the info on this video? my email is sherdeligh1973@yahoo.com and I need this very badly. My cell is 931-316-9755. I had my half my foot amputated last year and cant hardly walk. Thank you!

  • @ChopStick. I don't have health insurance and I cannot afford one.

  • i remember when i had athletes fungus i heard rumors that you could lose your foot. is it true?

  • @Gameboykd no

  • @vcuo wow. and i was having mini freak outs for no reason. stupid paper tigers.

  • @Gameboykd In fact, this kind of thing happen with people with immunition disease and it's still very very very rare. There is more people amputee cause of Diabetes.

  • I have a amputation just like this. Mine was due to a construction accident. Even though I have been missing half of my foot for about a year now I chose to not get a prosthetic one. Why was yours amputated?

  • @wallyruland why not prosthetic?

  • did u have to use a wheelchair or crutches before y got the prosthestist

  • they have to get amputated because they might have a infection in the bones. alot of diabetics have them as they get older.

  • My father had a transmetatarsel amputation but all he has is an appliance in his shoe. This is unique and interesting. Through what physician or prosthetic manufacturuer did you get this from?

  • Be lucky you have most of your leg, Most amputees don't..Whats the big deal?

  • why do people have to get their toes amputated ? they were frozen ? crashed by a car ?

  • Shouldn't that be Boit Du Tampax?

People get toes/feet amputated for a number of reasons, some even go to the trouble of doing it themselves.

  • Nope, that's Boîte De Tampax (Tampax is a famous brand for women's tampons) but anyway. If someone could answer this : now that she has lost her foot, technicly she has less surface than before so the pressure is higher on her ... what's left of her foot, doesn't it hurt ?

  • @BoiteDeTampax I already knew that Tampax is a famous brand of tampons, (they're for women by definition)! The remaining part of her foot would be called a stump. Does it hurt? Probably! Does it hurt extra to walk on the stump? Probably!

If it was me, and the surgeon gave me the option, I would have him/her go higher (whole foot).
