they have a variety of officially translated eroge for purchase. there is also some fan-translated patches available to download, but they only work if you have bought the game.

Well you have to consider the fact that translating an entire visual novel takes a LOT of time and dedication.... and most of the people who do translations are simply fans who don't get paid for what they're doing. If it was easy to translated these games I'm sure there would be a lot more available in English, but it's not. Also, this game isn't that great, I hate to say. The art is nice, but the storyline is rather generic for an eroge.
@LLLOOOVVVEEEAAACHAN Try using AGTH and Translation Aggregator. But you gotta have good enough English to be able to decipher what is on there though. I managed to finish Akari's route just by using those. Now moving on to Nagamitsu...
