I tried doing everything exactly as you stated and still ended up being hospitalized three times in three months for flare-ups (acute pancreatitis). I wish something would curb this insane pain, uncontrollable blood sugars (extreme high and low levels) and malnutrition. Do you have any other suggestions? The only option I have left is having my pancreas removed.
Nice video. Next time, avoid brushing against your microphone which (at high volume) can make viewers jump. Good lighting. BTW, you need to include celiac disease in your list along with IBS, Chrohn's, etc. I know this is an ad for you, but good job regardless.
