This is freerunning, tricking, martial arts and a little bit od parkour. Use God damn google, learn the difference btw freerunn and parkour. I don't have anything againts freerunning beacuse I'm traceur, but I do hold grunts againts ignorance. And wooow for 15 year old kid! Train smart, train for yourself and be healty.
