An Overview: Worst and Best Eyeliners (Requested)

I buy elf liners and drug store liners all the time but they are a bit dry/hard. I find putting them under a lighter or match for like half a second makes them soooo creamy.

I found that the UD 24/7 pencils didn't work for me, & i was curious about trying the mac one. I use an eye primer and shadow veryday so i think it would last. thoughts?
