  • I would classify this as a for real "Chick" movie.

    I rarely frequent a movie theater, so never knew who Gerard Butler was until the last day of a class I taught. A student brought in this movie. I was not prepared for what was going to happen, and not even two minutes into it, I was laughing so hysterically, I almost fell out of my chair. I was somewhat relieved there were no male students in this group, but later found out they already saw it anyway.

    Oh. I now know who Gerard Butler is.

    There is a great amount of truth to what Gerard's character says about dating and stuff. Even though some may say it stereotypes men, well I'm pretty sure there arent that many men who actually care about feelings. The first thing they would probably look at is appearance above anything.

  • This movie is raunchy, funny and very entertaining. Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl have great chemistry and both have great comedic timing, It's not something deep and profound but it's extremely laugh out loud entertaining. Great comedy.
