@freeruntn the thing at the end lets the judges know that they are done, other wise they would count the steps after they landed, and they have to wear tights because you can't see bent legs and form breaks with baggy clothes

@M1G34 Not at all. I started when I was 14, stopped for two years, and picked it up again. My instructors started late too and they got really good in a few years.

u land on ur head if u get lost in the middle of the skill (mostly cuz ur doing something incorrectly). i landed on my head last week cuz i took off from the pad on the side of the double mini to do a double full twisting double back flip (full full or full in full out).

I HATE THE RED BOXXXXXXXXXXX UGH!!!! i got 2nd place at the elite challenge cuz of that STUPID red boxi took a step OUT of it so that was an automatic .2 deduction from each judge as opposed to just .1 if there were no box. u know how much i lost by??? .3 im still bitter. but wutever, i qualified for final selection so i guess im happy
