Necesitamos LEYES que sancionen con PRISION a los responsables de contradecir las leyes y reglamentos establecidos para Bancos. Bancos Hipotecarios solo usarán el INTERES FIJO y serán iguales para todos en el Mundo, dejándoles la libertad de negociar los plazos y condiciones que sus clientes deben cumplir, y las cuotas de pago no podrán exceder el 40% del sueldo neto que tuvo el prestamista al día del contrato hipotecario.

Bancos tienen clientes que presentan proyectos, hacen préstamos y construyen negocios. Leyes y reglamentos deben obligar a Bancos a dedicar todo su potencial para ayudar a SUS CLIENTES en vez de tratar de hundirlos y audeñarse de sus negocios. Los Bancos deben ser estructuras de movimiento sólo de dinero, y estos deben basar sus inversiones sólo en datos reales y no especulativos en el tiempo. El sistema de HIPOTECA VARIABLE no debe existir pues puede perjudicar al cliente o al banco mismo.

Desterrar conceptos financieros que CONFUNDEN al cliente con condiciones que pueden perjudicarlos, como es el caso de una HIPOTECA CON INTERES FIJO, y una HIPOTECA CON CUOTA FIJA, ya que las dos son totalmente diferentes, la de INTERES FIJO no cambia en el tiempo mientras que la de CUOTA FIJA, si cambia el tipo de interés llegando a volverse impagable por el usuario.

Lo cual contradice la LEY, en donde una hipoteca solo puede abarcar máximo el 40 % del ingreso mensual del usuario.

Existe el TERRORISMO FINANCIERO que obliga a ser muy estrictos sobre el máximo de depósitos en Bancos Hipotecarios y las situaciones de retiro abruptas que puedan tener dichos valores. Deben regularlo para Bancos Hipotecarios por igual, ya que es una claúsula de protección ANTITERRORISTA. Ejemplo: Del depósito registrado por un cliente del Banco Hipotecario, quedará siempre mínimo el 30% de lo que todavía adeude dicho cliente en su hipoteca.

Do you agree that the congress is only doing what the people want?
