First time I heard this live version, I couldn't help but cry... I love that she can make the same song sound so much different every time she sings it ! This version is slower than the Orange Live Session, while others have more guitar or drums... She's the kind of artist you could follow on tour without getting bored :D

Well, it's pretty awesome. Alexz has an amazing voice, she's the real artist. Look at her, she loves it! :). Too good she sung Voodoo not Trip. That's great song, but I don't really like Trip live performance in the Orange Lounge.

She did it great but... i don't know, Voodoo is one of my favs tracks, but.. i think that for a first listen (for a lot of people that was watching Canada AM this would be the first listen) i think she should have sung "A little Bit" or "LA Made Me". they're more catchy. Furthermore, something was wroung with the instrumental part.. it was good, but not as good and powerful as in The Orange Lounge or in her last performance.

She was very well anyway :D. Alexz is amazing ^^

yeah, all of these morning shows have terrible audio people, or terrible equipment or something, because the levels are completely unbalanced. Way too much bass, hardly any volume on the acoustic guitar and drum... Alexz fades out at parts. meh.

I wish we had a more well done recording of this performance.

I think that places has terrible acoustics!!! The sounds is chaning and he microphone they gave to her is not working properly!!! That's awful because she's one of the best singer/songwriters in the whole universe!!! I think she has started to promote "Voodoo" because it will be the 2nd single, and if you listened to "Trip" in the Orange Lounge, she sings it quite quickly, and with the acoustics of this set.. it wouldn't have sounded well. Anyway, she's great as always!

@pupismota yeah the acoustics are terrible there. if you go back and look at when she did 24 hours there a few years back you'll see they had the same problem. Still it's a great performance. :D

Something about the acoustics make this sound weak.Her voice sounds tiny in comparison to the bass, which was all I could focus on.The arrangement for the Live@Orange Lounge is much better.I wonder why they didn't promote Trip Around the World, since it's the single?I'm not a fan of that song, but I found that strange.

It's not a bad performance, it's live and live performances all vary on the venue, mics,etc.Also, it's a video not the actual broadcast, so there's probably some differences also.
