People let's get this straight. Amy Lee used to write WITH Ben Moody (well not WITH they wrote separately then showed each other their ideas and made arrangements) so it wasn't just hers or just his. I mean My Immortal was written mostly by Ben and Everybody's Fool and Hello were written mostly by Amy. Now she writes WITH Terry (Who replaced Ben as the guitarist and the other songwriter when he left). She doesn't lack talent nor are the songs all hers. That's what makes Evanescence what it is

What I truly love and truly despise that Amy Lee doesn't do and Britney does is using sexual themes and actions to attract listeners/viewers. Amy's videos, like her songs, are much much deeper than anything Britney has ever even said. Britney Smears is famous for being 3/4 naked in her videos. Amy Lee and Evanescence are known for great music. Which one would you choose to listen to?
My point is, I adore Evanescence and my reasons why make sense, if you take the time to seriously consider them.

They both may be musically inclined, but for christs sake, Amy Lee has the better voice.
