@killdude135 Gary was one of the original residents of vault 108 as part of the vault experiment Gary in an audio log it states that he was cloned at-least 54 times with each clone being more hostile to non clones than the previous one eventually the overseer made plans to "dispose" some of the clone to make room for more clones the Garys possibly objected this and rebelled killing all of the other inhabitants leaving them to be the only inhabitants left

The Gary clones are found in Vault 108, on the eastern part of your map. Below Temple of the Union, if I remember it correctly. It should already be in your Pip-Boy, if you've visited Vault-Tec headquarters or the Citadel.
