  • that looks really good!!! I gotta learn to cook before I pull that off!! LOL

  • Ih, olha o malaco aí no vídeo. Este é o verdadeiro blanka brasileiro.

  • What is the natural sweetener called? I'd really like to try this but I'm not sure what you guys were saying what it was.

  • Which taste is that protein powder? You recommend vanilla or chocolate?

  • nutella!

  • 1 teaspoon on one and 1 teaspoon on another is only 2/3 of a table spoon...

  • how many grams of oatmeal is 3/4 cup?

  • I make something very similar with protein powder, egg whites, with or w/o oatmeal, cinnamon, and splenda (no truvia here in the EU for whatever reason--we can get codeine and anavar and winstrol legally for personal use but no stevia!), sometimes some blueberries or almonds...adding vanilla /coconut extract is a great idea however. I sort of would 2/3rds or halve the recipe since I'm a female.

  • even though (depending on how big the crepe is) its high calorie, this is a lot easier to make since a lot of "high protein" recipes require 8 scoops of protein. this one (depending on off season or preshow) requires half a scoop. can't wait to try these. btw, where r u guys from. love the accents!!

  • @MrABFitness1 Hey bro! We're from Canada. I live in Moncton, New Brunswick (East Coast) and Honore lives in Ottawa, Ontario

  • is vanilla protein powder recommended?

  • I made those for lunch, only had 5 egg whites but still managed to make 2 pancakes,

    AMAZING TASTE

  • @ironadio Awesome :)

  • Do you need baking soda?

  • Don't these have 510 calories, not 413?

    3/4 cup oatmeal: 225 cal

    8 oz egg whites: 125

    1 tbsp peanut butter: 100

    1/2 scoop protein powder: 60

    Total: 510

  • most natural peanut butters have 80 or 90 cals a tbsp and if he was on a strict diet his protein was probably low cal and low carbs

  • where can u get stevia? :S

  • @luckoftheazn I found some Stevia at Kroger.

  • @vIyticoleV thanks man! :D

  • hey! i have a question, when a protein powder says 50grams protein per serving when the serving is 4 scoops, do you take multiple servings each day or do you just take one scoop of it each day, equaling the 50 grams?

  • @craigishot that means u have to put 4 scoops in the shaker to get one serving. so put 4 scoops in, mix and chug it down ure neck!

  • @craigishot 4 scoops for 50g is alot. Unless its a weight gainer you should get a better protein powder. most powders have 50g of protein for every 2 scoops.

  • this is so good. I am eating this every single morning. Just made one with chocolate flavor protein powder, along with peanut butter and a cup of black coffee, that is something get me out of my bed.

  • Dave u know how many calories are in each crepe ?

  • @paulioj101 yup :) calories:413 Protein:47g Carbohydrates:36g Fat:9g.

  • @themusclecook I make mine with 4 egg whites, 1/3rd or half scoop whey, and 1/3d cup oatmeal and cap it in around 270 calories and use 1 tspn peanut butter if any. However, I still manage to get two pancakes, maybe not as thick...Thanks for your recipes!

  • Probably not the best place to post this question, but...

Do you believe that the "Bulking and Cutting" technique is necesary? I mean, can we gain muscle AND loose body fat at the same time?

Great recepie by the way! I am SO buying your cookbook now!

  • @LonelyGuitarrist I've experience muscle gains during "cutting" phases before...but you're nutrition should be perfect to do so. I still like to separate the phases, however I think "bulking" is overrated as people just use that to eat whatever... I think it's better to stay in good shape all year round, and then add a bit of cardio to your routine when you want to get really lean.

  • @themusclecook Hey im always on the go i eat 5 times a day 3 meals and 2 snack one of those is 1 banana and 1 apple is that good for a snack when trying to put on muscle

  • @Maiden6171 fruits are always a great snack...maybe add a bit of protein to it like a shake for example.

  • The brazilian dude is a beast!

  • @Eighttroy19 Glad you enjoy it! The chocolate whey + PB spread sounds like a great idea! Thanks for sharing!

  • hey dave how many grams are in one cup i don't know :(

  • @pecsinassimetryxD It depends what you have in the cup. A cup is a measure of volume, but a gram is a measure of mass. Depending on the density of the material you are going to have in the cup, the weight in grams of the material will vary.

  • @themusclecook so Dave, say if I have a cup of cooked brown rice, filled to the brim. any idea how much carbs and calories they have? cos whenever people state they consume 1 cup of this or that, iI have no idea what's the size of the cup.

The cup I use, when filled to the brim, can fill up approximately 240-250ml of water. Does this help in any way at all?

  • @babyboy0704502 If you go on calorieking(dot)com, they have all the nutritional info for pretty much all the foods you can think of... with all weigth and measurement units :)

  • Hey Dave could you make a video about a weight gainer sort of shake or meal?

I'm trying to bulk up and that would help a lot

  • high protein? with only half a cup of whey what was the values?

    looking good though!

    cheers

  • @jamiejarman80 From the musclecook's website,

(Per Serving)Calories:413 Protein:47g Carbohydrates:36g Fat:9g. The egg whites basically gives the bigger portion of the protein value

  • im actually thinking about buying your book

  • Does this guy play soccer?

  • @xo1tom1ox ahah nope but I think he supports Brazil! ;)

  • i think i know that guy from my gym, isnt he a trainer in the goodlife gym in rideau center in ottawa?

  • Yeah, holy crap, that was a lot of Stevia. That stuff is strong. I have some here at my house and might use half a tablespoon in 32+ ounces of green tea when I have it.

  • @wccrispy I know! I was surprised how much stevia he was using... I usually don't recommend that much... but he likes them VERY sweet. I still told him to use a lot less... stevia being a natural product, I usually don't make a big fuss on how much he takes... however, that is still a lot of stevia! LOL

  • Yeah buddie, Kaizen whey all the way! Cheap and awesome quality!
