I'm trying out the free version right now and just trying to see if it works, If this really works, I'll buy it ^_^ I got burned a year ago, 2nd 3rd degree burns aroound 26% of my body, chest and arm, and my face. Tip, Stop Drop And Roll works great, but not on your face as your shoulders prevent that lol... Friend stomped on my face to get the flames out. But anyways, the doctor said I can workout again after a year, so now is the time to see how far my physique has gone down. Thank you so much
i work out 2 times a day for about 15-30mins each time. and about 5times a week. monday-saturday i workout 2times a day and do abs 2 times a week in those days. i am pushing so hard and sweat a ton i eat lots of veggies and protein and whole grains. about 2k calories a day. i am 150lbs 5.7. i cant bulk up at all.. any suggests to help speed it up. its been 2months and im stronger but i want to be BIGGER and larger muscles. idk its depressing me. i AM stronger. but dont LOOK bigger on my upperbdy
