There was an episode of Fear Factor where they had to eat cow testicles... I thought they didn't look too terribly bad, but they had to eat TONS of them and very FAST. Even if it were filet mignon I don't think I could have eaten the sheer quantity they did. I just found your videos, and I have to say, they are amazing.

@FoodOddities It was a Sunday morning in Southern Chile. One horse and six bulls were castrated. The horse was not happy at all, lol! xD

The bulls barely noticed that they were being relieved of their testicles. We did not eat the horse's testes. Only those of the bull, with boiled potatoes and a fresh garden salad. Quite tasty, actually :)

In the US and in English Canada, eating horse is frowned upon. Not so in French Canada, where I live :)

@FoodOddities Exactly, they are not endangered. They are not raised for food either. Some owners sell their animals when they have gotten too old for riding or working. Some of the meat is then exported, and the rest is consumed here.
