This is an excellent assesment of the God presence and this statement aloows us to have a better understanding on a non theilogen level. This seems to be an enlightend way of presentation on a confusin subject.

In terms of achievemnt of a "heaven," state after death, it is a given that various souls attain certain levels of vibration based on what they have achieved or over-come. Mr. Cottrell stated that until a soul had "undone" what it had done through material attachment, it was not allowed to return to the state of origin. Does this also apply to individuals who have, for the most part, no evil intent? Is a soul allowed to return "home" even not having achieved an optimum level of vibration?
