  • if we ate out once in a while (once or twice a month), we don't have to worry about counting our calories and can enjoy the meal

  • An egg McMuffin has 300 calories. Hash brown has 160 calories. Get a coffee that doesn't have like 3-4 shots of cream and that's actually a good breakfast. No sacrifices! People bash fast food but man... McDonalds prints everything you need to balance your meal RIGHT ON THE PACKAGE! Even if you throw down a fast food meal that rings in at 800-900 calories it won't break your diet. You just need to watch the rest of your meals that day. :D

  • @Jebus495 The number of calories isn't the problem. But rather the *type* of calories in a given serving of food.

  • @cpufightclub Uh... no. A calorie is a calorie regardless of the origin. "Empty calorie" is a term used to describe something with high calorie content but very few or no nutrients. But technically... There is only one type of calorie. A calorie is a calorie...
