One of the most effective ways to save lives in Africa would be to send 3million bras. Not only this but we need to have 100s of support workers whose specific job is to persuade African woman to wear bras & put them on correctly. Currently newborns are rejecting the nipple due to the shear droopiness of the tit, this denies the babies valuable nutrition. However perkier breasts will lead to an inevitable rise in shagging thus the spread of HIV because they also refuse to wear condoms over there

African politians need more structure to lead their countries in the right way. Just sending out ''bras'' or any type of international aid just makes african countries dependent to western countries!
