You should eat a health diet meal; by diet I mean have a good intake of healthy calories every day. when working out and when you get done take 100% gold standard whey, when your about to go to sleep i suggest taking casein. Those are the 2 main ones i honestly recommend. If you have any questions feel free to massage.
@XxTHECRITCHxX goo god ur a twig man. like the critch said supplements are good, but nothings beats ole fashioned food. at that height an weight im sure u dont have to worry about fat so load up an enjoy burgers an steaks my friend.
