Many countries have a their average IQ skewed because of the amount of poverty and lack of education. Countries in south asia have INSANE amounts of uneducated people, therefore making their IQs lower. The IQ of an educated person would be double that of an uneducated one, making the average iq of an educated vietnamese person about 100- 110, same for indians and etc.

Also, keep in mind that Indian immigrants have the highest incomes of any demographic in the US.

Let me say that again: Education does not affect IQ. Genetics and the home environment do.

And nobody ever said that average or low IQ prevented people from becoming wealthy.

The effect of poverty on IQ is mostly nutritional.

OK.. I live in Japan and work in bars here..check the website of this bar... particularly its menu... ishinohana ... it is a bar in SHIBUYA... read the menu of this bar... no cocktail goes over 2000yen...

I came to Japan 2 years ago, and I also took metro from Asakusa to Shibuya. I spent 2 days in Shibuya Hchiko square. Me and my Korean friends went to a lounge (not the one in the video) and the bill was around 60,000 Yen ( nearly 600 USD at that time). A friend of mine paid for it.

I'm East Asian, you know I also can't drink so many amounts of drink. So I sometimes go to this kind of high quality bar, and drink small quantity of alcoal.

I had never been to such expentive bar. and this bartender is not special in Japan. There are many as such level.
