Let me first say I lived in Reading for my whole life, 35 years, walked that mall (Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing,PA) 1,000 times, climbed on that fountain, sat on the edge, and never fell in. You know it's there,you can hear the water. There also is another fountain where you have to walk over a bridge at the other end of the mall. In mall history NO ONE has ever fell into these fountains. And to top it off she works at the Mall. LOL

This morning it came out that this women has a history of identity theft, fraud, and shoplifting. Now she's dropping her lawsuit. She may have staged this. You will notice that she has to lift a leg pretty high in order to fall into the fountain... not your typical walking stride.
