@Osiris2994 You know, the characters that @DarkFalcon1217 mentioned were all requested to be DLC for vanilla MvC3. Gene and Megaman were at the top. As he also said, Phoenix Wright is a great example of how awesome Capcom is when it comes to coming up with movesets.

Also, Capcom is always making new IPs and some characters of unreleased games were requested by fans for UMvC3 (for example, Asura of Asura's Wrath) so there's still a lot of characters they could use.

@Osiris2994 The developers could easily make good movesets for Gene, Mega Man, and Bass. Characters like Wright show that moveset potential isn't a problem. Franziska doesn't have to work just like Wright- she wouldn't have 3 modes, she just uses her whip, and her Objection would just be a standard attack, instead of a move that activates another mode like it does with Wright. I don't see the problem with M. Bison. If there are 7 X-Men characters, why can't there be more than 4 Street Fighters?

The reason why there are seven X-Men characters is because of the past game X-Men vs Street fighter and M.Bison can't be in the same game as Gouki cause Gouki killed his ass, its either M.Bison or Gouki and the fans chose Gouki

On one hand, it can be suggested Frank took the Zombrex that Chuck tried to get and was unable to save Katey. He also could not make enough money on the show to afford Zombrex. Meanwhile, the whiskey molotovs he throws around represents the tears he cried and his desire to burn those who did him wrong. Then Frank puts on a woman's dress.
