Nope. Express lanes in '06, local lanes last year. And this spring, they were busting up and resurfacing the inside inbound express lane nearest the Dan Ryan el tracks (which used to be the inside shoulder). No word on what they did it for.
There wasn't this much drama when they built it the first time! But then, there weren't as many cars, either;-) Eventually, people are going to discover those silver trains running in the median.

Yep, this is good old Windows Movie Maker. I was going to use Pinnacle Studio, but they make it too hard to stitch MP3 music clips together.
