ConceptDraw is a rip-off. It's overpriced (we paid over $1500 for a 5-user license), the support is awful, the interface clumsy, rendering below acceptable and the continuously announced upgrade promised by their developer in the public support forum (which has since disappeared from their website. I wonder why!!!) for August 2010 finally arrived in early 2011. We were told that the upgrade would cost us another $1300 for the same user group.

It would be way cooler and much better for artists if it didn't use cheesy crap clipart graphics. It makes my mind annoyed when they show it with awesome 3d bubbles and customized graphics, then you get into it and creativity drops because your staring at bland clipart.

@cliffclof the interface has changed now, you can just drag and drop any pics from the internet or from your hard drive onto your mindmap! clipart is still there though if needed lol
