Dedicated servers do not cost billions. Battlefield 3 has it, and it has generated much less income then MW3 has. I'm convinced that Infinity Ward is simply greedy.

Battlefield 3 is more unbalanced then MW3 at the moment, you can run around on battlefield 3 with a shotgun that has fragmentation rounds and it does more damage then a fucking tank shell and you can replenish them. It's basically one man army noob tank shells. I won't play that game until that's fixed or gone and I have a feeling they will do nothing.

Lag compensation is the worst thing to happen to FPS. It's ridiculous that I'm paying high premiums for high speed internet and yet the guy running dial-up is having the better connection on MW3. WTF is up with developers rewarding noobs with Last Stand, Martyrdom, and Dead Man's Hand and rewarding high pingers by punishing low pingers. THAT SHIT DON'T MAKE ANY FUCKING SENSE!

Dedicated servers. Can each of us charge Activision a fee every time MW3 selects one of us as host? No. But our computers, acting as hosts, are doing the job they're too cheap to spend their billions of dollars in sales on.

When BF3 first came out for xbox, EA which is one of the biggest game companies had constant server overload, and they had only a tiny fraction of the amount of people call of duty has.

Gun balance is the best in this game of all cods, there are a bunch of good guns, the only thing that is semi-unfair is akimbo of anysort and non auto assault rifles (type 95, Mk14 especially) are frustrating.
