2nd finger on the 2nd fret of the D string or 4th string. 3rd finger on the 3rd fret of the A string or the 5th string.

The rest of the strings are open I think.

wow there are so many different tabs and videos with different chords for this song, like G and C, G7 and C, normal G and Cadd9 etc etc. I like playing it with a G (320003) and a Cmaj7 (032000) spose it doesnt matter that much, they dont sound too different really. anyway this song is soooo simple, i think its the easiest song ive ever learnt =D

the count for this song is 4, but it is strummed in a 'swing' rhythm which gives it that faster feeling,

an alternate strumm in swing is with the pattern being down DOWN down up DOWN up, (or 1 2 3and4and) with an accent on 2 and 3 (the upper case downs)

doing this will make your song sound exactly like in the movie, but is way more complicated than elmosbud21's version. (I also play it with a C instead of Cadd9)

but my best advice is not to stress over trying to get it to sound exactly right, remember the movie had two guitars playing at the same time and also has been through the sound studio as well. you are not a CD so play it your own way and get it to work for you, and your ability level, this is a beautiful cover so thankyou for showing a simpler way to play this cool song
