This is Bell Mountain in Hiawassee. My Uncle Hal Herrin owns it!! I've been climbing to the top of it since I was a kid. We used to be able to drive to the top. It's one of the most beautiful views in north Georgia.
Mr. Herrin was kind enough to give our club permission to fly from his land. It has been amazing and we fly there often and are grateful for your uncles participation.
The sky is the limit, or more precisely the cloud base. We are not supposed to fly into clouds as we don't carry instruments for that purpose. I have personally gotten over two thousand feet above the mountain. The FAA limits these aircraft to a ceiling of 18000'

I hope you meant the unchecked growth and not the appearance of paragliders in the skies above. We are trying very hard to be respectful and leave nothing in our wake. We take a trash bag to the top every time and clean up the mountian while we're there
