The (original) Taj Tower's floors start at 14 - 51. The Chairman Tower numbers from 65 - 81. This defines the two towers, so that for example, there are not (2) 40th floors. When guests ask for assistance and they say I'm in room 6803, any staff member knows they are staying in the Chairman Tower. Hope this helps.
"Opened in September 2008, the Chairman Tower expands Trump Taj Mahal's inventory by 786 rooms, including 70 elegant suites with ocean views. The 39-story tower offers guest rooms that are a minimum of 500 square feet. This $250 million project is accompanied by extensive renovations throughout the property including 15 Raja suites, new restaurants and guest room updates."
But I have heard 80th floor before. Maybe just to set it apart from the other tower?
@DPC1959 I have no idea how it works, I only know that I was told we were on the 80th floor and that was the number on the elevator button. Thanks for watching!
You know when I booked the Grand Suite, they gave me the option of choosing this one.. And although this one is really cool and very contemporary.. I thought the grand suite was sexier, plus my girlfriend liked it better. You still made a great video! Thanks for sharing.

@arlags Taj Tower is floor 14-51, Chairman Tower is 60-95. Both are under 40 floors.

Nice... How much you paid for the suite??
Does it really look like the original Taj Mahal made of expensive marbels?

It was April of 2009 and I paid around $ 200 a night , usually it's more like $ 400/500. It looks nice, never went to the original Taj Mahal.....
