if you wear jeans, they don't make you wear knee pads...its basically an unwritten rule. if you wear jeans, they won't ask you where your pads are, if you wear shorts, they will definately make you wear pads. they don't always make you wear elbow pads so you can get away with it sometimes. but elbow doesn't really matter
