The type of bullets they use are designed for safety they flatten out against those metal targets so no one gets hurt with a deflected bullet its actually cool because u still are shooting projectiles no matter how u look at it ... It's shooting. But just safer

@ahn111sungkyun this is actually not true. at all. yes he was thought do hav done this, but they ran tests. i forget the name of the people who did the tests but they tested his gun, himself, they tested him as he was shooting it, and it is purely superhuman speed that hes so good,

Hey everybody, I just tried fast draw and fell in love with it, and now I'm looking to get into it big time. I see most folks use SAA clones or Rugers, but I would like to use a '72 colt open top with a 5" bbl and a cartridge conversion. Anyone know any drawbacks to this weapon?

@kevingong Those are bob mundens own records that he made up years ago. If you can find who verifies records for bob good on you but they are his personal records. The fastest are the guys who do the competitions.

@NonDairyYogurt I really don't think he is the best. Likewise if you actually look at the times these guys shoot , about half of them can and do shoot faster and more accurate than bob. I have seen bob several times over the years and he is a hoot to watch but he isn't the fastest gun alive. He was just doing it before everyone else.

For quick draw competitions you have to practice for years using the same target set with the an exact distance and height, so that quick drawing and shooting it becomes natural instinct. Basically you keep practicing doing the exact same set of action over and over until you can shoot the target without actually aiming.

OK, Latsonalirmax is a homo. Doesn't know crap and seriously most pigs I know shoot their weapons twice a year to qualify and that's it. Police firearms training is weak at best, I went through infantry school with a swat guy and he almost didn't qualify on an m-16, much less expert. this must be the dumbest guy on youtube.

Oh come on. Give me a freakin break ! These people might shoot these modified guns but they're slow as snails with unmodified guns. Only people with special police training can shoot fast with lethal accuracy.
