Im doing a short where a girls walking around with a glowing globe. The prop we got was shit and were looking into doing it in after effects. Can you get this kind of effect moving around the frame? (i.e superimposing some glowing effects onto the white globe we have)

check on the NASA website- they have a black and white one and a colored one i believe
