@TheMidnightBell07 actually around the time of flairs retirement in 2008, ricky got the rights to his name back, which is why he was acknowledged on national tv by his name 'ricky the dragon steamboat' when triple h introduced him. before that it was only once in 2007 on pay per view, and never on tv. thats why he was finally able to go into the hall of fame, and his ex wife was in attendance that night.
