It is time to stop fighting against Burmese Armed Forces. Small ethnic armies would never win wars against Burma army.

Don't try to sacrifice anymore. More than 3000 villages were destroyed by Burmese army. Ethnic armed groups couldn't do anything about it. Now Burmese huge armed forces are stationed in KoKang city (Loakai) and they are ready to defeat the United Wa State Army after the election. Burmese army is too strong and too powerful to defeat. Grow up, UWSA or you will be defeated.

Without China's support, the military junta would never have survived that long ("stability" in the Orwelian speech of Peking). China needs Burma for strategic reasons (string of pearls strategy) and for natural resources (energy, timber and jade!). Burma is nowadays practically a colony of China, economically, politically and demographically (influx of recent immigrants).There is not much the US can do about it, because China views control of Burma as part of its "core interests"

A mistake in the video is that it treats Han as a entity that early. At the time, "Han" is refers to Han Dynasty, the same we see view Rome when we look at French, Italian and Spanish histories. In fact, the early founders of Nanzhao are the Qin's south garrison troop, whom at the end of Qin dynasty decides shut the roads and canals rather aid Xianyang. As they mixed locals grow into a different culture treated as foreigner by later dynasties. Han as identity did form until the Ming dynasty.
