Over Time is actually a good compilation album of them if youre interested in remixes and b-sides and what not

Big Pun wanted crossover appeal,achieved it, then sought more. the point here is commercial is not = wack. are rappers that sacrifice substance for commercial appeal disrespectful? absolutely. but hip hop requires balance. my least favorite mcs are ones that eschew traditional rapping and spit anti-commercial to the point of letting their craft suffer (ie El-P, Vordul Mega)
