he is decent for his age... just like anyone plenty of room to grow and get better... in my opinion he needs to work on maintaining tempo a bit better.... maybe dial it down on the amount of unnecessary pieces in his kit... figure out the combo that works best and use it.... he could stand to lose about 3 or so cymbals and 1 or 2 toms... otherwise decent cover for his age.... also work on the fills
