Jimdo, what's wrong with you?

So, I went to the help page to find out how to change my password. I clicked on "Changing your password" & it took me to a page that told me how to log in. There's nothing about changing my password on that page!

On my own site, which is a jimdo site, I went to my contact page. There's a notice that says "Enter your e-mail in the box to the right to activate this part of the site". One problem - That box isn't clickable. It's a picture. Can't enter text into a pic.
