  • I doubt this guy never read the manual inside the box. Switch off the espring for 5minutes and turn on it back will settle. If problem still persists, contact your upline distributor, he/she will do the best service for you.

  • I had the same issue. Apparently When I assembled it, I had installed the filter incorrectly. This is usually the case when the parts are not properly aligned.

    It was my fault, I called Customer service and they were happy to help me.

    Within 5 mins it was working fine!

  • im With anasmarz and i think you just have to change the filter....anyways Quixtar rocks and no one can change it so you can call the toll-free number and make the change Quixtar is a nice compagny and it makes good decissions so you just have to change it :from a Active PCI in Canada #547895 and with a 24% Platinum so belive me i know Quixtar

  • Most likely it's just someone who is against the Amway or Quixtar. The thing is if you hate them that's your problem because their products are excellent. Whether it's Nutrilite, e-Spring or even the SA8. They have evidence and backup from third party regarding their products unlike some company who say that their's are the best when they don't have anything to back it up I think that what make's me believe in them more. Amway surely is building their credibility now.

  • can someone explain clearly what the problem is and how to resolve it ? The user manual is useless really.

  • Just switch off the power and switch it on again. This may relsove the problem. For new filter, if the water pressure too high, it may cause the new filter release a lot of carbon inside the filter. Just switch off the power & on again with small water pressure in begining and increase it when the water discharge is clear.

  • It is not a scam, it is legit business from which you also pay tax. Owner of the product licence is Amway.

  • when i bougth a new e-spring replacement cartrige it came with a ploblem and i called customer cervice and they send me a new e-spring water purifier for no charge... IT WAS FREE!!!!!!!! i love e-Sprin THE BEST SOUR OF WATER.

  • espring is such a scam. The uv light died while i was on the phone with customer service support as they were instructing me step by step to "fix" the problem. They advised me to purchase a new UV light electronic module and claims that its "normal wear and tear"...the light was working fine and the problem i orginally had wasn't even with the light itself now im told to purchase something that wasn't even broken to begin with until was on the phone with them dismantling my espring. Do not buy !

  • Hey U should be thankful for such a great customer service. Tell me which other company say it will replace whole unit for small problem. They are No1 that's why they said you we dont want you take even a bit of pain and waste your time over phone by reparing it.

  • The little phone icon means ring customer service. The main reason one of would leak is because the pipes have not been properly inserted. And passiowagon...you're joking surely? To compare an eSpring with your poncy fridge filter! Wake up to yourself! The delusion is yours only.
