I had a plastic 4litre paint can in the rear of my 2 month old ford 'estate' car, the can fell over, the lid blew off, the paint hit the roof lining the insides of the car and windows, I didn't stop I drove straight to the nearest jet wash. I opened the rear door, pulled out the carpet, then knelt in the drivers seat facing backwards and jetwashed the paint from the insides of the car. It worked a treat. A lesson learned too.
