For example, say you've sinned (which everyone has); you need to pray for yourself and your own forgiveness. While it is a christian act to pray for someone else, it is upon yourself to get right with the Lord.

We are living in darkness without our Merciful Father to lead us, and guide us everyday,and without His Holy Spirit to Comfort us we are just dust in the wind. I need Jesus every second of my life if it were not for Jesus I would have taken my own life. Now I can help others see him as I do. Ok, umm, you can't be dumber, for this song is based in the Word of God. As far as quality, it's decent, but not you know 5 stars. Christian music needed a transition, a change, and DC Talk helped to bring it about, move it towards modern. They were pretty good while they were around, and their message was as appealing as the music- it wasn't pandering. These guys were on the real.
Brookehenry, sorry, I used it all up on Jesus. Ha. Just kidding. All kinds of love, but it's just I think DC Talk deserves some love too. They helped move Christian music forward. I have to give credit where credit is due, and plus, I saw them in person in Akron, Ohio years ago.

The bible certainly was not aware of the simple questions or answers in physics to include this. dc talk is the christian version of the Backstreet Boys. dc talk is catchy, I've enjoyed their music for 15 plus years, but I don't have respect for them as artists. They can't play any musical instruments, all they can do is sing. Even as solo artists now, all they do is just sing. Kutless, Disciple, Project 86.... now those are Christian bands! They can actually play musical instruments along with singing.
Still, from the sounds of their songs, it's plain to see to me that God was working with them when they were working together. Did you know that Micheal made the song supernatural one night as he woke up? It just popped in his head. I think it was the Holy Spirit leading him in the song.

I wouldn't agree that MOST is substandard but there is alot of it that is. Of course secular music is crammed full of crap (miley cyrus, brittney spears...) but this band has been a favorite of mine since 1989. Quality. Quality. Quality.

Toby is indeed a great lyricist, but this song was written by Charlie Peacock. They did change it up a bit at the end. Wonderful song. You might like to hear Charlie's live version.

Ok, umm, you can't be dumber, for this song is based in the Word of God. As far as quality, it's decent, but not you know 5 stars. Christian music needed a transition, a change, and DC Talk helped to bring it about, move it towards modern. They were pretty good while they were around, and their message was as appealing as the music- it wasn't pandering. These guys were on the real.

Part 2: Please prove quantum physics to me. Please tell me how we know there are sub-atomic particles, and what those particles are made of, and what makes up the particles of the particles. Tell me we know that electricity actually has to do with the movement of electrons in valence in the outer shell of the nucleus of an atom...or even that electricity moves from negative to positive. Prove to me the analysis of wave propagation.

As Pascal pointed out, Christianity does not claim to have a God that is readily apparent to the world. If that were the case, the criticism could stand. Instead, Christianity claims to have a God who can be found if sought with one's whole heart. It doesn't sound like you've sought Him with a genuine, exhaustive effort. He further notes that true reason knows its own bounds, just as science must know its own limits. Reason knows there is a place where it must give way to faith.

That also has something to do with the fact that the per capita income in those countries is very high. Socialism + higher education + heavy restrictions on immgigration mean more money per person which equals lower crime rates, more peace and happiness.

dc talk is the christian version of the Backstreet Boys. dc talk is catchy, I've enjoyed their music for 15 plus years, but I don't have respect for them as artists. They can't play any musical instruments, all they can do is sing. Even as solo artists now, all they do is just sing. Kutless, Disciple, Project 86.... now those are Christian bands! They can actually play musical instruments along with singing.

Still, from the sounds of their songs, it's plain to see to me that God was working with them when they were working together. Did you know that Micheal made the song supernatural one night as he woke up? It just popped in his head. I think it was the Holy Spirit leading him in the song.
