  • just to clerify... it's all very individual, I'm a vegetarian and a diabetic so I don't eat a lot of carbs and no meet. And only fresh foods. no fast food and such, but i still have some blobber...

  • omg... cofee increases your metabolism... it is very good to helping lose weight...

  • @claudiocarvalho this is old thinking but most studies showed that it has no long term beniefets its main effects are dehydration and hunger supression how ever dyhdration is bad for you and you the hunger supression is tempory until u get used to caffine then theres no benifet at all
