For those deaf tone people who think this powerful song is creepy or more of a devil song you may want to quit listening to Lady Gaga... This is the BEST and most POWERFUL version of this song about letting the bells ring LOUD of the birth of JESUS!!!!
@hardlines4 I agree with you also...but only partly. I like the song. It's powerful. But it doesn't make me happy or feel that our savior has been born. It makes me feel that something terrible is here, or is coming (especially near the end when they are basically screaming).....despite the words that obviously speak of Jesus' birth.

JimmyDistant replies: Go listen to that gravel voiced chicken headed rod stewart or joe cocker sing christmas sons since your tone deaf and see if they can put you in the holiday spirit next year.
They sure were WHITE back in 63! Ya can't get away with that crap nowadays. Ya gotta have a women, an asian, a black, a latino and a paralyzed transvestite or you will get called a racists. Merry Christmas
This song makes Christmas great for me now. Having more than my share of sadness at Christmas time, sadly, it has not been the happy time it should be. Although, when I hear this song, by them, it warms my heart and reminds me of the few good times I have had during Christmas, the good people, the good family I had, and the wonderful family I have now. This is done so beautifully. I remember the year it came out. It makes some sadness leave me for a little while. Have a Merry Christmas.
Right around 1:52 the song gets almost otherworldly. I knew good ol' YouTube would have this. Wish our local stations played carols like this a little *more* often, and Rudolph, Walking in a Winter Wonderland, Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire, Silver Bells, etc. a little *less* often.
Ring Christmas bells, merrily ring Tell all the world, Jesus is King Loudly proclaim with one accord The happy tale, welcome the Lord Ring Christmas bells, sound far and near The birthday of Jesus is here Herald the news to old and young Tell it to all in every tongue Ring Christmas bells, merrily ring Tell all the world, Jesus is King Ring Christmas bells, toll loud and long Your message sweet, peal and prolong

@laterlaw Some Christians are God-fearing...also, it's not like we've had 2000 years of peace since His birth...

I'm sorry, but from about minute 1:45 on, this music sounds like it belongs in the movie "The Omen".

@hmschott Haha I totally agree, and I think that's what I love about it!

@hmschott I agree with you; this sounds like it better suits the birth of the devils's son rather than jesus

Come all ye people join in the singing
Repeat the story told by the ringing
Ring, ring, ring, ring
Ring, ring, ring, ring
Ring Christmas bells
throughout the Earth
tell of the news
of Jesus birth
