Thanks for your leftist logic sample. Read the Constitution. Tenth Amendment forbids to Federal Govt any power not enumerated therein. Appointment of Czars not enumerated.

Impeachment can be done SOLELY by the House - Article I, Section 2, paragraph 5. Not Senate.

Bush got away with lots of unconstitutional actions, including USA Patriot Act, McCain-Feingold (censorship), war without Declaration, etc.

You frame this as GOP v Dems. It is about Liberty v tyranny.
