if they stilll don't breed then u have reached your limit if u some they will repopulate the ones u killed

@YgamerA Actually Correction. No limit script was biult for B&W2. Or its exspansion. Lionhead studios did not add a limitation script cause.. well idk i guess they got to lazy. BUT! Basicly you could populate the entire island if you wanted. May crash game but still. NO SCRIPTS WERE ADDED FOR LIMITATIONS!

hmm my city on this lvl usually takes up 5-6 times the space as this one but i run out of farming land so i have to let everyone die at about 2800 population lol, if i stop expanding they stop breeding as much so everyone gets old and dies or just die of starvation because... well... theyre all old and cant work at the fields :P

ok im evil on the game, my popualtion is 1000 and ther not breeding! how do i get them too? there are loads of nurseries and fertility statues, and loads of hovel housing and good amounts of food, got any tips so i can get a massive army??

@Gamerdice i got onto the next level now, norse one, the hovels work well ive got a much bigger popuation now, mainly because i can build 100s of hovels, building loads of the same house did work for me on black and white 2, i think it was just because they didnt desire to breed on the central town thing last level, my population is about 1800 now i think

@maddoc336 ye i no, just building and impressiveness is good as well, i started a new game on just the normal black and white 2 wher im good, basically i build all the major buildings like the baths, amphitheater temple an that, then villas, manors and mansions with all the gaps filled with embellishment stuff, lamps, naming fountains then the rest with meadows, works well, bein good is just as much fun as bein evil

The villagers only can breed when there are enough homes :D

So if you need a huge army, just build lots of houses =P

I am Cory Kirtley SGNOTC (Super gamer nerd of the century) Iv played B&W - B&W2 BoTG for over 8 years now (Games fall in to that time line, got BoTG about 2 years ago) Im and expert on this and know what im talking about. Gamerdice is partially correct. When you place the same housing over and over you town becomes simple and bland, You also need activities! 1 tavern every 20 houses! 1 bath every 30, 1 amp. every 100. @Luminouskebab need something to do! This increases happiness as well (happiness doesnt effect you evil alig. MUCH! It adds like.. 1% if u have 100% happiness) Also! EXPAND! if ur houses are breeching the boarder of ur town gate, take a risk and start biulding out side the gate, Place estab.s first to increase ur influence ring, Biuld wonders etc. Then when ur about....10 amps. length away from ur first wall biuld another wall! then open ur first gate but keep 2nd closed this will allow

Also keep in mind that there is a limit. 7-10k of peoples is maxing the map (this does not include ACI) If u reach 7k population ull notice the game will start slowing down, at around 10k ur game will most def. crash. (iv only reached 10k once on the 1st aztec land) You could also try rigging the game, check some of my vids out for tips on -how to get B&W2 music- & -How to hack B&W2 with out trainer- Good luck and happy playing!

@Luminouskebab By 1st aztec land i meant last lol :P ALSO! Make sure u have fields!!!! This is needed to expand, Say u have a field that feeds 63 people.... That field shuld be for 30 people! If u have 500 peoples, the biuld fields till all fields combined can feed 1000 PEOPLES! Always double ur food production!

@Ministands thanks for all the advice! ive got through all of black and white 2 by just buildin loads of hovels clumped around nurseries and with fertility statues everywhere, and a massive farming area seems to work fine for me, i think my problem was ther was hardly any building room to expand the living capacity, or to make more farms to double food production like you said

@Luminouskebab No problem. ALSO! you'll want more houseing then population. Your people will see this as if saying "Ok, god biult this empty house here. I'll fertilize this house with my spawn." and its always good to space out sections. HAVE DISTRICTS! You will notice as gamerdice said. In a highly populated city your food production will always get hung up. This is ok.. i supose it really doesnt harm anything. But it keeps 1/2 ur pop from working, to prevent this

if ur using windows movie maker then down where it shows: show timeline/ show storyboard, to the left is a weird box thingy, (prolly to represent an equilizer) there u can set audio levels. turn the dial all the way to the audio/music selection. there you go. now go have a cake

That map kicks ass for building cities. What I noticed helps is if you build your storehouse where the fields are. You will notice that one storehouse is constantly being drained of grain. That one is "The Main" storehouse and the closer that one is to a windmill and cluster of fields, the easier it is for your stupid AI villagers to haul the food.
