  • you can not beat Stevie Austin !

  • Nickeysgreat, there's an episode in the first season - I think it's called The Last of The Fourth of Julys - where they mention Steve's limits in jumping. He has to use a perch to go over an electrified fence. And he trains for a while prior, which is where we learn something about his limits.

I believe the fence was 30 feet high, and maybe it was considered a risk for him than to try to jump it on his own. Even with a running start (of course the show gives no details..;) )

  • Is it me or the audio's only left or right side?

  • Does anyone know where to get the series of DVD of the Six Million Dollar Man or The Bionic,, I love those shows as a kid and I wish I can get a series of DVD's but it is so hard to get!!

  • Two Part episodes of Goliath 1983,1984,Knight Of The Drones 1985,and Knight Of The Juggernauts 1986 from The Knight Rider series were inspired by Bigfoot and Death Probe from The Six Million Dollar Man series.

  • The only other Sci Fi series that had the similar impacts years later in their Decades were the Original Star Trek series 1966 to 1969 starring William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy along with Knight Rider 1982 to 1986 starring David Hasselhoff and the late Edward Mulhare.

  • The Six Million Dollar Man series ended it's original run on ABC TV after slightly over 4 years in March 1978.

  • Return Of Death Probe was first shown in Two Parts also on ABC TV in January 1978.

The Two Part Episodes were filmed in September 1977.

  • This episode of Death Probe is from January 1977. It was filmed in early December 1976 before being first released on ABC TV in Two Parts for Two Weeks in January. It was replayed again on ABC in July 1977.

  • The Return of Death Probe was even more dramatic with the Killer Red Lazer Beam attached on top of it.

  • Director: "okay Lee, we have this lame thing that an old lady in a walker could out maneuver. So you use those RADA trained acting skills of yours to make it look like a threat with frantic movements. And as soon as this scene is done, you can take you and your mustache back to your gay porn shoot. Oh, and we've been missing some leisure suits, you wouldn't know anything about that would you?"

  • Oscar says "You've got your spot now major . . . wait unil Steve......." Bang!! Yeah thanks for waiting buddy.

  • hey you did a great job this brings back so much great memories can you post more on the "death probe" episodes

  • Is it just me or does that thing sound like a very large vaccum cleaner?

  • Hoover - we not only make vacuums, but death machines too!

  • Steve's a remarkable athlete!

  • Nice The Death Probe Part 2 just a small clip "Good Stuff".

  • it sure would be death of that thing tried to do an anal probe. but with that mustache, he might like it.
