I find it intresting that most of the people posting negative comments about the game, calling it a scam and telling others to stay away, have obviously never played it. They never write a real review or give any constructive critisism, just troll about it. "It's a scam, you pay $1000's to play! It's a rich ppls playground!" I've put $160 into the game, it's lasted me 6 years and I now have over $800 worth of stuff. You just need to use your head a little and not blow it all on guns and ammo.
Wow lots of comments. I have heard the Entropia is Gambling argument many times. It is a compelling argument, and it's hard to dispute. People spend thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars on this game. And yes, because the in game currency is redeemable for cash, there are many, many scammers inside of the game. I don't think the game is a scam, or gambling, but I don't play the game any longer, because it's too close to both for my comfort.
Only few players like ND and Joe Jeff get all the peds ... wrest just keeps paying MA's ass. FANATIC ADDICTS.
Dynamic? -How does some players get all the peds.. OK.. Skill based? - lvl40+ and 20kUSD nothing to show for it. Which is it?... let me guess someone typing right now that I am stupid to lose that much ... The community is PREDICTABLE MORONIC CULT powered by entropiaforum. check the forum out and you will see what I mean.
This is, in my opinion, the best MMO.. and it's free.
I'd like to add:
World of Warcraft and Everquest are both good games.. but you have to pay for the game, then pay for expansion, then pay for subscription... then what can you draw out when you quit? Nothing.
Consider yourself lucky.. you got half your investment back.. that'd be like getting 100-250 bucks back from playing Wow or EQ..and you had the chance to be smart and make a ton of cash.. many have. no chance in other mmo's.
This is worse game ever if u ask me .. no story ..nothing to do without putting money in and 90% to loose fast all ur depositing..is a very good scam but a very bad joke 4 a game.
Bro u must say about all BS of this game about Rellers those in this game are compare to scamers..this game has very ugly sides ...false promises...no economy just gambling...auction in this game is no 1 scam too...and many many ugly thing happened in this game. My advice stay away.

Entropia is NOT gambling.. you never have to pay anything..
Entropia is just like the real world.. you can start with nothing and be everything... if you decide to spend money that is YOUR DECISION..
I'm sick of people calling it a racket or a scam or online gambling when it's really nothing like that..
I've never played a better game.. it'd be good even without the real feel but real money makes it awesome..
