Hi, I am a student doing a project on Georgia, for part of the project i need to interview someone who has lived there longer than they have lived in the US. I live in LA, and have been trying to find someone, but i have so far had no luck. If you know someone, or are from Georgia, please let me know, it would be very helpful, thank you
Congratulations on your knowledge of foreign languages! Here is one thing you need to realize. Just because some Chechens do not want independence from Russia, does not mean that most do not. Why would somebody want independence after they get bombed and killed. You should have asked them in 1996. I agree the Chechens did have radical views, but so does Kokoity. In the end...no difference at all!
Is it? I dont remember when Kokoity captured children in school and tried to kill them as Chechen terrorists in Beslan in 2004 or in a theater center in Moscow in 2002. You can compeer Usama Ben Ladon with George Bush. They both killed innocent people, lots of them. I know only that Ossetia fought for surviving. Also, I know that Georgia was aggressor and not in the first time. And now Georgia wants a revenge, I know it too.
@jalubljusvojumamu yea i agree. russian specnaz tried to take over the theater with sleeping gas that had vary bad efect on ppl in it. terrorists and civilians saffered from it and their future children were born with one arm or one lag or they couldnt see and staff like that. and in the school, russian specnaz tried to take over the building by shooting bombs at the gym where all the children were but u dont know all that dont u. u just know whatever lies ur government is teling u.

First, why don't you learn some English before you post. Second, Why don't Russians give freedom to Chechnia? Calling Abkhazian independence from Georgia is hypocritical!!!
I gladly speak four other languages along side Chechen if you want. second they were given freedom but than most learn they were led by radicals who murder Chechen people. They changed sides and are now fighting agianst the Georgians you ignorant scum. I live on Chechen border my whole life and my best friends are chechen.
