Just a question, how would i cover this in feathers? I was thinking of using fabric to fill in the gaps, but i was wondering would the wings still move.

@datenshi4ever My guess is, if you do it right and account for the way that the joints in the wings work, it should be fine with the fabric. Maybe thinking of the physics would help ;)

I must say, i was really amazed by these. I think the words "wow" passed my lips 5 seconds in.

They look so petite too! It is hard to imagine how something so tiny framed can look so sturdy and perform elegantly.

its a great idear.. but tbh i dont think humans will ever be able to fly with wings coz the only reason birds can is coz they have hollo bones.. with as u probbly know.. humans dont and therefore physically unable to fly :L

people use to say the same about flying in the sence of helicopters as well. You forget, Da Vinci came up with the first idea for a helicopter. people didnt think it would work so it never went into practice. now we got airplanes, helicopters, etc. dont be so naive.

but they were operated with pulleys, so you had free arms

they worked great, the pulleys werem't reliable enough for any stage work n stuff.
